The ultimate injustice is that God’s children are estranged from Him, and true justice is carried out when we are reunited with God. The ultimate human right is that every person is given the opportunity to say yes to Christ. There was nothing I could offer that Go-go but the kingdom of God, and I continue to come to that conclusion with every person I minister to. It is a noble thing to be able to improve someone’s life, but it is even better to give life, and giving life is sharing Christ.

I like this quote from Adrienne. I think this needs to typify what we do as IGNITE. My prayer this week: "God I pray that you send the right people and that you help us to structure the program in a way that best glorifies you. Let IGNITE not be a human thing but let it be a God thing...let it be a movement that beats with your heart. Help us to guard our hearts as individuals and as a group. God, oh that you would be 1st in our lives. You see the people that will come to Africa, you see the people that you want us to reach, God help us to be that answer to prayer, help us to not wallow in self indulgence or shrink back in fear....God reign and rule and extend your love and power through us, the people of God! Make us right, take our hearts and transform them, take our lives and transform them, fill us with the love that you so generously lavish upon us!!!! All to you, all for you, all together we praise your name!"

IGNITE

The very beginnings of something that with God's grace, direction and power will change the world! Our passion is to IGNITE a passion for God and a radical love in the hearts of everyone we meet. To go anywhere and say anything in joyful obedience to God's will!

My prayer, "Humbly, I come before you to ask that you would use me as your instrument to guide and direct this internship program! Let me be consumed with a love for you and a love for people. Not in my strength, ambition or effort but by your Spirit! Help IGNITE be all about your presence and helping others experience your sweet presence! I give you all, I give you an idea and prayerfully ask that according to your will, you create a movement!"
